I’ll keep this short and sweet, lol. I went in for a consultation as I was referred by my doctor. I sprained my knee maybe two months ago. My appointment was for 5pm, but since I had some changes in my schedule I called for an earlier appointment. They were more than willing to move my appointment up and fit me in which I appreciate. I arrived at 3pm and everyone who works in the office was warm and friendly. It also helps when they remember your name. A lot of people were coming in and out they didn’t miss a beat with names. That was pretty impressive. Anyway I got fitted for a knee brace I was in and out all within 30 minutes. Overall great customer service.

So I’m writing this review on behalf of my friend who does not have a Unilocal account but wants to give credit to these guys on great customer service. They were very welcoming, friendly, professional, and sympathetic to her needs. She could not be happier!

The worst! If you want to be treated with a lack of respect and with a rude, snobby attitude — this is your place! If you need something, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else… It seems like they do not want anyone’s business.

Came in for a power wheelchair, I have a neck brace delivered and leg brace being made, but NO power chair. I was told«I can get you a power chair, no problem, two to three weeks. They showed up LATE for an appointment with my doctor and unprepared. Now I am told it will take SEVERALWEEKSMORE but Medicare told me they have«all they need». I just need the power chair, due to my disability, and they keep trying to plus sell me other stuff. They tell you«we will call you right back» and I still haven’t heard from them. One would think a medical supply company(that takes Medicare) would be professional and supportive
