I’m a homeowner that rents property in Cedar Rapids, IA. Trevor Vick just remodeled my rental bathroom, repaired issues in my sun room and kitchen ceilings, patched plaster in a bedroom wall and assisted my property manager in getting the house ready for a new tenant.
He gave me spot-​on estimates, kept me in the loop and answered all my manager’s questions while he finished the job in a timely manor. In fact, I was amazed how quickly we were able to accomplish such an overwhelming task. My renters left my house in disrepair and there were long standing issues that needed to be addressed. He made the remodeling job that I dreaded into a wonderful bathroom. I am so pleased to find a conscientious worker that knows his stuff!
His prices are reasonable and he is very reliable. He does what he says. How often do you find that? I recommend Trevor without reservation.
