This company came recommended by my employer. I searched the website and found a product I liked, but there was no price listed. I called the shop and, after 5 or so minutes on hold, I was told that no estimate was available. Ken told me he didn’t want to spend all day looking through their catalog and he suggested I place my order online and put an acceptable price range in the«Special instructions» field while placing my order. I asked how he would know if the item was in stock, he assured me they would make something work. I live in Western Alaska so I didn’t have the means to go to the shop, and I didn’t have much time to shop around so I ignored the negative interaction and followed the instructions Ken gave. As I processed my order, I left THREE phone numbers with instructions to call and/or leave messages if anything comes up so we could meet the deadline for a retirement party. I also had to attach an e-mail address while placing my order. I made the order on 12÷21÷15 and the retirement party was on 12÷31÷15. I got a confirmation e-mail almost immediately after placing my order. Today, ¼/16 I reached out to them asking for a tracking number for the order to see if it got stuck in the mail somewhere. They told me the product I ordered was not in stock and they couldn’t reach me to come up with an alternate product. There were exactly 0 phone messages from them, and I never received an e-mail for follow up. I am extremely disappointed in their service and I will never order through them again. I will actively discourage others from using their services.
