Decor Lighting

There was only 1 person that greeted us & it was a very friendly & helpful gentleman that had longer hair & a beard. He set up an appt for us with a guy named Rusty & while he was saying nice things about him like his qualifications, Rusty happened to be passing by & instead of introducing himself since the other guy had mentioned «oh, this is actually who I set your appt with», he walked right in between us & went straight to his desk without a smile or acknowledgment. Our builder had given us 2 choices to pick our light fixtures from to be put in our home that’s being built but all it takes is one bad experience of customer service to deter us, so it looks like we’ll be going with the other company instead.

They have a good selection and decent prices. Willing to order if you want something else. Happy with service.

Horrible customer service. I ordered lights from them and was told it might be «a bit». They were not able to give me a actual estimate on when they would be delivered. So after a month without hearing from them I stopped by and was told they should be here in another week or two. That was three weeks ago… Still haven’t heard from them. Don’t bother you can get the same price and free shipping from places online.
