J&S Steamway has done a great job cleaning my carpets for many years… wall to wall carpeting and area rugs. But now I’m a customer for life!
A couple of months ago I bought a beautiful (expensive) beige linen armchair. Last week I was horrified to see a greasy spot smack in the middle of the seat. I was afraid to clean it myself so I took it into J&S to make arrangements for them to clean the chair. The office staff wasn’t quite sure how to handle it so they had Troy (owner) come out to talk to me. He looked at the spot and ducked into the backroom to do his magic. When he came back out he said the cushion need to stay in the hospital overnight. But a couple of minutes later another employee came out of the back room with a big smile on his face. He had been able to remove the spot out and even better, seemed genuinely happy that he was able to. I love it when people do a wonderful job and are so clearly proud of what they do!
I made arrangements to have J&S put a stain resistant treatment on the chair so I hope not to need upholstery cleaning service again. But I will definitely have them do my carpets again!

They did an excellent job cleaning my hand made Iranian Tribal Rug, much better than previous cleanings. What’s more, they picked up to rug, and delivered it after the job was done. I especially appreciated that they were able to correct an issue with dye bleeding into the fringe left by a previous cleaner. The price was a little spendy, but so is the rug, and it looks good as new!

Paid $ 344 for two bedroom with stairs. Job was done satisfactorily. Paid $ 176.68 for exact same apartment March 2013 Taylored Restauration. The complaint is the square foot price was nearly triple a comparable steam cleaning company– Buyer Beware!
