The quality of the staff is hit or miss. Some are quite rude and I feel I am inconveniencing them every time I talk to them. Wait time is often long, both in the waiting room and once in the exam room. Medical assistants listen to your complaint and input it into a computer before you see the doctor. They aren’t very good at this; they try to finagle your condition /complaint to fit into one of a only a few preselected categories available on the computer screen. After waiting for the doctor, the first thing he does is read his computer screen, even before he hears my complaint.
