Wow. What a difference a great real estate agent makes. I have been shopping for my first home since May. I started with a different realtor and ended up losing six different houses I’d put offers in on. I didn’t want to change realtors, however, because I felt obligated to stay with him. He was a nice guy and I felt bad, frankly. Finally, after losing house number six, I decided it was time to make the switch. While attending the AHFC first time homebuyer class, a fellow classmate recommended I talk to Kristin Van Wie with RMG Real Estate Experts. I sent a text to Kristin the Friday before Labor Day weekend while I was traveling on business. Although her office was closed for the holiday, Kristin met with me on Labor Day(the first day I was back in town) to get to know me and find out exactly what I was looking for. We looked at three houses before I found one I fell in love with. What blew me away was Kristin’s negotiating skills. After going through the offer process so many times already, I wasn’t hopeful about getting this house. Kristin laughed, told me she played to win, and before the end of the day, I had an accepted offer — with the seller paying all the closing costs. WOW. That was all within the first week of meeting her. From the time the offer was accepted to the time I closed, we hit some bumps and I had a TON of questions. Kristin responded promptly every time and was there whenever I needed her. It’s clear that the RMG group works very well together and help each other out to make sure the process goes smoothly for their client. I took possession of my very first house TODAY thanks to Kristin. A piece of advice to anybody who has struggled with finding a home or who isn’t totally satisfied with their current realtor: call Kristin today. You won’t regret it.

The Reed Moore Group is awesome to work with! Timely, attentive and knowledgeable. Because of their efforts, my condo was sold within 4 days and I got more money than I asked for. I highly recommend them!
