Do not use this property management company!!! My condo association tried to work with Roy and his representatives for 6 years and all we had were problems and lies. He currently has a manager who is not qualified or appropriate for his position. This person lied directly to me to get me to sign a check for which we were not responsible. When I refused, he lied to other board members to get them to sign the check. We had to fire Roy Briley Associates because of this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not spend years giving them ‘another chance to prove themselves’ like we did. There are many better options out there…
