Sam’s Club

This place isn’t nearly as busy as the Costco a few blocks away… And for good reason.
Limited offerings, sluggish staff, and just lacking in general.
Want a hotdog from the food court? They are good but expect to watch the staff move in slow motion. Seriously, every time I’ve been in there it’s as if the whole store is hopped up on cold medicine.
This is why I would weather suffer in the sea of people at Costco.

The store is pretty good, I prefer it over the Muldoon location for service all accept for the food court. Dimond has the worst food court out of any location I’ve ever been to. I am not sure if they are just unsupervised or have a horrible supervisor that is training the rest to be just as bad! In all still choose to shop here over the other one its just a shame they are slacking so bad in the food court

It’s a Sam’s Club, plain and simple. Why the 5-​stars? The prices. After getting gouged for liquor purchases on post, I checked out the liquor section at Sam’s. Far less expensive than any of the local area liquor stores and the PX. Big bonus, you don’t have to be a member to shop at the Sam’s Club liquor store.

Eh. It’s pretty average in my opinion. This store was pretty messy when I visited and the bathrooms were pretty gross too. I think I pelrefer the location on Muldoon. This store felt a bit smaller than the other location. They did however have a nice selection of produce and their asparagus looked delicious.

Very nice and friendly family atmosphere wroth the majority of most employees. They have good values and Beyer hours than Costco.

Store is nice and clean, and well laid out. It’s just more expensive than Costco, but I bought the groupon to try it out for the year. It’s only $ 55 for a Costco membership, and there is more selection. The Sam’s membership was $ 45 with groupon, but did come with a $ 20 gift card. I don’t know, maybe I’ll come again.

Sam’s. It is what it is. Sometimes you can get great deals. Sometimes you get screwed (meat department anybody?) Enormous chunks of meat that portioned inappropriately so that you buy much more than you need is not a deal. The liquor store offers virtually no discount at all, nor do their clothing selections. Other products offer modest savings such as laundry detergent and canned goods. The biggest savings are in the paper goods such as diapers, TP, paper towels, and some of their health and beauty items.
This particular store never has enough checkers. Lines are always long. Getting in and out of the parking lot at this location is a serious pain in the ass also. Lots of popular stores at this intersection. I also love the snack café… they’ve got super cheap, tasty hot dogs, pizza and smooooooooothies. Love that especially.
Sam’s is a-​ok, but I sure miss BJ’s Wholesale Club from back East.
And oh yea, I hate that whole damn cash or debit only thing. That’s a serious PIA also. Bleck.

Sometimes the checkout people appear to be stuck on slow. Maybe they’re new to customer service.
The place was not even close to being full or busy, this is the worst situation I have ever experrienced here.
I guess I gotta love weekend workers and weekend managers.

I get my tires changed over for less than $ 16, the service is good and I am not forced to buy a set of tires or get smoke blown up my a**, as in another local tire store that starts with ‘Johnson’. I can buy exceptional tires for a fraction of the cost, get a warranty on them at no extra charge and no hassle customer service. YAH!!! Sam’s Club accepts the EBT card, making super savings on those that don’t have alot to spend, get more for their $$. Sam’s offers everything and then some, that Costco does but Sam’s has customer service, unlike Costco and not treated like an a**hole if my card expired. Hear that Costco, your nazilike tactics are scaring people away… I won’t do business with them. Sam’s is my club, they earned my business and I refuse to go any where else. I love you Sam’s…Paris’ in the north anch. store is awesome, he usually works the liquor store register and is my favorite employee there.

Has a café. Can’t beat getting a hot dog &a large drink for $ 1.80. Clean &&helpful employees.

Best Sams Club I’ve been to. Friendly, helpful, clean and great prices.

Okay, so it’s owned by Wal-Mart…yes, yes I’m probably going to hell, but their café’s Pizza is CHEAP. One of the best deals in town for the poor student who is lured in by SAMS CLUB discount bulk deals.
