For being named Speedy glass you would think timeliness would be of the utmost importance. I dropped a piece of wood off on Tuesday and they said«it would be 7 – 10 days for them to cut a piece of glass that would match my wood.» «No Problem,» I say. Today is Thursday(9 days later) and I call and ask for an update. They told me their glass cutter is out and everything has been pushed back a week. WHAT!~! Why not call your clients and let them know? What if I needed this for a specific time(which I did for my wife’s birthday)? I’ll go back there again because they do do good work and they stand behind it, but come on. Speed needs to be your top priority with that name, and if its going to be late, GIVEME A CALL!

I called Speedy Glass to get a quote to replace a broken window. They said it would take them 3 weeks to come out and measure… Speedy Glass…3 weeks. Nuff said.

Speedy Glass fixed my windshield for $ 218 and it was done within two hours. My car was messy and nothing was stolen. Not 5 stars because customer service was not above average.

The staff does seem friendly but suppresses a bit of an «air head» personality. You really have to ask specific questions to get your answer. They just don’t tell you everything you need to know or what would seem like the obvious conversation to have. I paid $ 120.00 for 4 — 18×18in squares for side tables. I wanted a bronze glass instead of clear and the clerk didn’t tell me that she was out of it and unsure when it will be in stock until after I paid. I have yet to pick up my glass and hope I like the end product. I may shop around next time when it comes to glass repairs.

My rear quarter window was broken into, on my Subaru, and went to two auto glass places for estimates. I called first, but then decided to drop in and talk in person, because neither place had the part available in town. The first place was local, and gave an estimate twice as high as Speedy. I know you often get what you pay for, but as far as customer service goes, I think I lucked out. Melissa at the front counter seemed knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. She checked several places to see if the glass was available(it wasn’t) then called the dealer to see what they could do. While she called and dealt with my insurance, she also had the shop gentlemen tape up my window and offer me coffee. She also warned me about mildew(it was raining,) so I should dry out my car as soon as I could. I could see the experience being different depending on who you get to help you, but I have to say, for this experience, Speedy Auto Glass held my hand through a pretty stressful situation, and made it as easy as possible for me. Thank you! I’d go again!
