Luv this place, the many cottonwood trees, the picturesque layout overlooking the river, the sound of that river swooshing quickly by, the nice people, the town itself… nostalgia sets in around here!
Anderson River Park is great for walking, jogging, running, biking, etc., as well as tons of sports — soccer, football, baseball /​softball, basketball, tennis… even fishing! Picnic areas galore, and a playground for kids.
There’s a small hall /​building that once was a gathering place for Parks & Recreation events, and there’s a large gazebo for parties and such.
