BCW Supplies

This is the first company I have written a review on, but felt so cheated and abused by this company. I thought I had no other choice but to warn other people to stay away from BCW supplies.
FYI…the company makes it hard to perform any returns/​exchanges. The return window is 7 days and they seem to conveniently not reply to emails until after that return window closes. After several emails back and forth BCW finally accepted my returns. But some how they made me feel guilty for wanting to exchange the large quantity of defective products. note, the product I ordered from them was a very large lot of poster sleeves. Most of them came to my door step falling apart. (Very poorly made junk). Note, I did need high quality, I just needed a sleeve. The ones I tried to exchange where falling apart at the seems.
Long story short, they did not do an exchange. They only gave me a partly credit for the defective items I returned. And some how I got stuck with the return shipping charges.
I will never do business with this company again and hope this review helps other avoid making the same mistake that I did.
