Absolute ¹⁰⁄₁₀! We just had our old system removed and a new system installed, even though our house is older and they ran into some problems (with the house and the roofers that they had to coordinate with!). they were very professional about it and made sure everything was installed right and worked right. chris and Riley were our technicians, they showed up on time, worked hard, and were very polite. they even did some work that the roofers were supposed to do without batting an eye. Definitely one of the most professional outfits we have had work on our house! Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we returned from a vacation at the coast. I found Cascade Comfort on Unilocal and noticed the Best of the North State Logo. I called and they had no availability for today, but scheduled me for service tomorrow. Just a few minutes after hanging up, I received a call back that the owner had just arrived for the day, and could come to my house within the hour. He was at my home by 8:30 a.m. and the AC was back in service by 8:45 a.m. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

I had Rick and his guys install a return air system for my office. Our massage room did not have enough air flow. Now our massage room gets plenty of air flow and it only took a couple of hours for Cascade Comfort to do the job. They cleaned up after and made sure we were happy. Rick came and made sure his guys did a good job. I am impressed with the follow up and workmanship I received from Cascade Comfort. They are a great company with a great team of people who helped us out.

Just a few days before Christmas our heater went out. And needless to say with 5 kids in the house it just can’t be that cold! We don’t have a fireplace — so it was pretty funny to see us huddled together on our couch with our blankets watching TV! Being that we had just done all of our Christmas shopping you can imagine how worried we were about cost. Rick came out and did our quote and I was very pleasantly surprised at the quote, and Rick included everything we needed to make our home much more efficient!
Rick was also great about getting his team out to our home as quickly as possible! We had our system in stalled that week! The team of installers were great. I felt comfortable having them in my home and they made the whole process painless and clean (very important to me).
Thank you Cascade! We are now so nice and toasty at night that we are kicking the covers off! So excited to see how great the new A/​C works this summer! (Oh yeah and the energy efficient has lowered our monthly bills!!!)
