Nothing short of dirty and has a bad smell in the restaurant, don’t bother.

Had lunch here the other day with friends. The place was busy but not crowded. We all ordered burgers and fries with slight variations and waited and waited for our food. It took so long that a lady who looked like she worked the kitchen came around and apologized for our long wait and finally our food came out. The food was nothing to write home about just normal burgers and fries served in small portions. My turkey burger had what looked like thin lunch meat on it. When it came time to pay we reviewed the bill on the little kiosk on our table and it was all wrong. Our waitress looked at it and said she would correct it and print out our bill on paper. We finally left without any mention of a comp for our long wait or the bill screw up. This was my first time visit to this Chili’s and maybe everyone was having a bad day, I don’t know, but I’ll chose another place next time.

Great food and good service. Chili’s has made a great change to their menu. Good staff always a friendly atmosphere.

This place by far is the best! On Sunday’s it can be a bit crowded(especially after a Clemson game). But still! They added new features over the past year(as you can see by my picture) like bigger TVs, these little ziosk things to order, pay, and play games on. It’s very cool and my family loves it!

My family and I eat here all the time, I am in love with the Onion rings!!! It’s really good, but It hasn’t been without its problems, I’ve gotten my food and it was cold a couple times but they were super nice about it!

I was impressed this visit. I had lost faith in Chili’s but they have more than recovered from their former bland faire. The menu selection held a wide variety to pick from with meals from $ 6 to $ 20. Also their beers on tap were tasty and affordable, not a combination you see in a lot of bars now.

My experience today was sooo bad. I walked in with my 5 year old little girl and first was asked if I wanted to eat at the bar??? Really??? Our server hpwever was freally good. I had the Buffalo Ranch Chicken sandwich and paid $ 1 extra for the seasoned onion rings. The chicken was dry and tasted like it had been sitting in a pan for sometime then lathered with a buffalo sauce that was mainly salt then lathered on one side with so much mayo it oozed out of the bun and the ranch on top was not much better. The 7 onion rings I paid an extra dollar for was seasoned qith lawrys season salt and paprika… needless to say i have had better at Burger King! The very last time I will be visiting this location.

We love Chili’s. Especially the Chips n salsa and Margarita’s! Ummm. My husband loves the country fried steak. My kids live the buffalo wings. I like everything from tacos to queso’s to hamburgers. This is my kind of restaurant

The food is chain resturant quality. Ribs were tasty, wet style, the sides dishes, mashed potatoes, steak fries and asparagus were seasoned well, flavorful and presented well. Cold beer served with plentiful of limes. The resturant was clean and the server was abundance of personality, however seemed to be covering many tables thereby making the service slow. I liked the place and food and would return.

This place is NOT a smoke-free restaurant. They say it will be as of 3÷1÷14. Smoke smell wasn’t noticeable and there was a non-smoking section. Ignored for a bit too long when we arrived, but our server Lisa was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the menu. Oven problems kept my husband from getting his pizza but server was apologetic and offered a free salad as compensation. Chicken Enchilada soup is cream based rather than broth, but it was tasty and huge portion. Bacon Avocado Chicken Sandwich on Pretzel Roll was huge but pretty bland. Turns out the oven got fixed and hubby’s Pizza showed up – for no charge — shortly after his burger and fries arrived. All in all service was very good, portions were more than adequate, and flavor was just average.
