Really enjoyed working with Chad. We had a pretty big job that involved other trades as well as Chad. He was wonderful about being flexible with the schedule change with the other contractors, but did not push us out beyond what we needed. Chads team cleaned, polished, and sealed several 1000 sq feet of tile, marble, and travertine. Additionally! He repaired/​replaced broken pieces, and repaired missing grout over a three day period. He was knowledgable, friendly, and we felt it was important for him to do a good job for us. He was careful not to dirty the house, cleaned up after his work, and was very accommodating. I’m not sure what else we could have asked of him. Chad will certainly be our «go to «guy when it comes to this type of work in the future. Needless to say, but we highly recommend High Performance Floors.

I just had Chad clean and repair my tile grout, replace a couple tiles, clean my carpet and I am AMAZED! My tile and grout looked brand new and he did soooo many extras for me and the carpets, OMG, can I say BRAND NEW??? They are 10 years old but they look fabulous! Chad was on time, courteous, very personable and extremely professional and great at his job. His assistant Mike was excellent too. I am a Realtor and have many, many choices but I chose Chad for my personal residence and am so glad I did! Do not hesitate, call him today, his prices are really reasonable too. Chad did an excellent job shampooing my carpets. He arrived earlier than expected, which is the only reason that I didn’t give High Performance Floor Restorations a 5 star rating. We weren’t ready for the work and felt pressured to let them into the house and begin cleaning. Otherwise, they performed exactly as expected.

He did an amazing job! He was even open to working Saturday. I wish he could get a wine spot up but other then that he was really helpful. It felt so nice to have clean carpet! The entire house. He says he specializes in tile. Can’t wait to have him back since the carpets are so nice. He even showed us where the carpet had been patched in areas.
