The upside is, it’s a great location, clean, and they have amazing donuts.
However, they do not honor the hot light hours posted for this location on the corporate website. After making a 45 minute drive down to this location during their posted hot light hours specifically for a hot donut, we were disappointed to say the least. When we asked why they weren’t selling them during their posted times, we were told, rather rudely, that they didn’t have specific hours, they had hot donuts «whenever». It’s unfortunate that a location is incapable of honoring hours posted by their corporate headquarters, and make the customers feel like idiots for expecting them to.

I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5 simply because the employees are not aware of their prices. Anyway, the place is clean and employees are friendly. I don’t like my donuts full of icing and the employee accommodated me. She grabbed the donuts before they reached the icing. They are friendly and attentive.
