This event has been compared to the Warrior Dash but far surpasses it. It is a 3+ mile run with 40 obstacles along the way. Be prepared to get muddy… very muddy. And tie your shoes on tightly or the mud will suck them right off. The check in area was large and everything was well organized. They had event staff at each obstacle and you were given the option of trying it or skipping it if it looked too hard. But really, who skips it? I figured that if I paid for the event, I was going to try every last one. This is fun to do with a group of friends which the company encourages. They also encourage dressing up which I didn’t do but it was fun to see other people’s costumes. There were areas to shower afterwards and then you were given a beer and lunch. The cost was $ 75 which was pretty steep and prevented some of my friends from joining in the fun. I will definitely be back next year.
