Oak River Rehab

AWFUL! This place should be closed. We just moved my dad to Mercy because his body was going into starvation and an extreme state of dehydration. He was there for 10 days and his cpap was never «cleared» so it was never put on him at night. I can’t say enough negative things about the medical care. Thank god for great advice to move him out. The ER doctor was shocked at the state of his health when he came into the ER this morning. I am appalled. If I could say negative stars I would. This is such a huge let down. I completely believe that we would had lost my dad if he would had stayed there. It’s probably not very advantageous for the patients that the main doctor is also the owner of the facility. It believe it’s more ideal for his bank account for his patients to stay as long as possible. Horrible!

This will be the second time my mom has been in this SNF and I must say we are really impressed with this place. The staff is great and totally on top of every aspect of her care, if you need a place for your loved one you can’t go wrong here.
