I almost hate to review this business, because the people there were so friendly and made us feel so comfortable when my father-​in-​law passed away recently. However, I have to give only two stars because if they had not matched a Joplin area mortuary’s price, we would have paid nearly double for direct cremation. That is just odd to me. Why would it cost almost twice as much to cremate a body with no additional services? If someone has a legit answer to that I’d probably be willing to change my rating.
