This place is great– not just for its beautiful blanket designs but also due to their staff. There was a large Native graduation happening for UC Davis and their staff painstakingly stayed on the phone with me for almost a full hour making sure that all of my needs were met and that the blankets arrived the very next day. The process was laborious for the staff to painstakingly enter each blanket I wanted manually, but I was eternally grateful– and they happily obliged. Our order was so large they ended up sending a personal thank you card along with some gift certificates for their outlet. The staff– I believe her name was Sarah– seriously saved my butt when it came to getting this very last minute giant order. Cheers.

Why’s everyone complaining y’all? This Pendleton outlet has a huge stock and great prices. Because when I went up to the Pendleton shops in Oregon, ho-lee crap, were they expensive. I picked up a cute clutch for $ 23 and a sweater for only $ 15(I know, RIGHT?). Signed up for their email list(because what’s one more spam email in the inbox?) and on my birthday I get 20% off in store or online! Which will make my purchase… still expensive! But I like the quality and I like the way it makes me feel like a true hipster.

We stopped by the Shasta Outlets on the way to Ashland. The mall is looking pretty sad and empty, w/many vacant storefronts. Pendleton remains, as do a few other stores, like Eddie Bauer and Bali, etc. Several storefronts across the way have been converted to a movie theater. I stopped in the Bali outlet to look for summer weight nightgowns, but was too late in the season. I joined Alan in the Pendleton outlet. Several years ago I had bought a nice blouse there. This time I found a pair of socks in earthtones, part of the National Park series. I also found a bar of dark chocolate w/sea salt and hazelnuts, made in Portland. I just tried a piece of it and it was delicious. Alan bought a pair of jeans which he’ll be returning on the way home because they didn’t fit well. The jeans and socks were on sale. Service was warm, helpful and friendly.

We visited this outlet store despite the old 2011 review & were pleasantly surprised. Great service by 2 knowledgeable, friendly Pendleton folks! Good selection of clothes, blankets, etc. Evidently the 3 stooges don’t work there anymore.

Great clothes but idiotic customer service. Its like the three stooges but not funny.
