Pizza Hut

I have tried to call this store three nights in a row and none ever picks up the phone. The first couple of times I was good, but this is ridiculous. I’m calling Papa Johns.

Worst Pizza Hut that I have ever been to. My boyfriend loves Pizza Hut wings and deep dish pizza. So whenever we order pizza it is usually Pizza Hut. We moved around here in June. We have ordered from this Pizza Hut three times. Each time they have completely messed up the order and were rude about it.
On the last order we ordered the hot wings for delivery. When they arrived we had gotten half the wings we ordered with some kind of garlic Asian style sauce. We called to let them know and the lady, who we knew from previous mess ups and is a manager, says that she did the order and knew it was right. I told her I had the receipt and it said we ordered two orders of the wings and we received one with the wrong sauce. We ordered extra blue cheese and got zero. We brought the order to the store because they didn’t believe the sauce on the wings was wrong. We went in and the lady up front (not the manager) said they were the wrong sauce and said she would give us our exact order from the receipt redone. While waiting the cook from the back came out and tossed the wings on the counter saying that if these weren’t okay she didn’t know what to say. The manager hid in the back, like she does anytime she messes up, and the lady up front helped us with more grace than her. We later called to hopefully get another manager to tell them about our experience and they stated they would call us back and didn’t. This incident was similar to the other times they messed up. No apology, manager hides, people roll their eyes and say we are wrong.

This is the best Pizza Hut location in Anderson. The dining room is always clean and the servers are friendly and competent.
The buffet here is constantly refreshed with pizzas, breadsticks and pasta. Much bettter than other locations around town.
