I really love Pizza King when the food is made with care. That being said, over the past few years, the quality has been getting worse and worse. Not just at this particular location, but at every Pizza King in Anderson, IN. I don’t think it’s the quality of the actual food that’s the problem… I think it’s the quality of the employees that are making the food. I ordered a 10″ Royal Feast with banana peppers added for carry-​out tonight. When I got it home and opened the box I was sorely disappointed. All of the ingredients were slopped on haphazardly. The worst was the cheese. Pizza King is known for being a little stingy with the cheese, but this was ridiculous. Several pieces did not have any cheese at all. It was as if the cheese pan was nearly empty and they were just too lazy to go get more. The cheese is one of the most important parts of a pizza! Crazy!!! Also, the pizza was severely underdone… Mmmm… Raw pizza dough… Clearly whoever made this pizza just did NOT care. Pizza King’s prices are WAY too high to let this kind of thing happen. I probably won’t give them anymore of my money for a VERY long time.

While prices have increased noticeably in the past few years, the quality of food at this location is still excellent.
My favorite is the Royal Feast with an order of breadsticks and cheese.
The servers are friendly and welcoming. The dining room is clean and family friendly. We love Pizza King!

Their meatza fest pizza is yummy! We travel and order it when we are in the area. The blue cheese is thick and delicious (order extra). Unfortunately, the last time we ordered the pizza it took 1.5hours to arrive! They were closed by the time the pizza got there. It was lukewarm and had to be heated in the microwave

You can’t go wrong with Pizza King. Quality ingredients make for great pizzas.
This location is great too. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.

Good pizza with good crust! I like the pepperoni king with all the toppings chopped finely so each bite had some of the all the toppings.
