First off, I love this place. I’ve dealt with the 20 minute wait times in the drive thru. I’ve dealt with the workers that didn’t wanna be there. Hell, I’ve even dealt with having to keep asking for my chips because they never give them to you. But for everything to happen in one visit, that’s it. The expected wait time was way too long, once again had to ask for my chips, and to top it off, someone else’s sandwich. I love the place for the taste of the food, but this is it. I’m done.

It has been a while since my husband and I have eaten here. I can’t say one good thing about the Original’s my husband and I ordered through the drive-​thru. The bread was dry-​bone dry-​and cold, no condiments like mayo/​mustard or sauce of any kind. a tiny slice of tomato, sliced so thin I could see through it. about a half of a tablespoon of lettuce and two, ½ inch slivers of onion and a couple of black olive slices. The cheese was left off of all 4 sandwiches ordered, but that’s not even the kicker. There was 1 see-​through thin piece of ham on one side of the bread and one even thinner piece of salami on the opposite side of the bread. That was on all 4 of the sandwiches! It was like eating a tasteless piece of cardboard. I jusr want to know what happened to this place? They used to make the best sandwiches. So disappointing, I don’t know if we will ever come back to indulge in what used to be our guilty eating pleasure place.

Stopped on a Wed with a bogof coupon. They had their «A Game» on this day. They were fast, the bread was warm, and the people were plesent. The price is normally rather high and a small drink at $ 1.99 is crazy high otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars for this visit.

We waited for a really long time in the drive through. Like a really long time. To give you an idea we were able to listen to half of the Aladdin soundtrack while we waited. Honestly if we hadn’t already paid we would have just left. I saw lots of people walking around in the kitchen so I’m not sure why it took so long.
Then we get home and the Reuben we ordered didn’t have any thousand island on it and the turkey bacon club didn’t have bacon. Everything tastes good, but it wasn’t made correctly. It’s just disappointing. I’ll probably go back to a Schlotzsky’s in the future, just not this one.

Love the sandwiches and my daughter loves the pizza. They also have terrific desserts.
