I don’t even want to give this place the satisfaction of one star.
I paid 125.00 for me to get a phone unlocked at noon… the guy tells me it would for sure be unlocked and able to work today. I was expecting an email from them. It’s now 8:55pm and I called them because I haven’t received the email! The first girl on the phone tells me she needs to call me back because she’s with a customer (who hasn’t paid yet) and I told her no that I should come first because I paid and I’ve been waiting for an email since noon! I hung up on her and Called back and a guy answered the phone. He told me it takes 1 – 3 business days and there was miscommunication… probably because he couldn’t speak good English which was my first mistake in taking it there!
I was NEVER told 1 – 3 business days otherwise I wouldn’t have paid! Very very rude customer service (or lack of) and they make promises to people in front of your face when in reality it’s a LIE!
