We visited this Yogurt Mountain for the first time recently, and I am left with two(2) reviews: one for the product and one for the workers. The Product: Most excellent! That about sums it up for me. I had three(3) different flavors and each was amazing. The one complaint I have is that it is so expensive. They don’t have to charge that much to still make a huge profit. The Workers: There were two teenage girls working that night, and they could not have done less while we were there if they had been in the back asleep. There were seven(7) other people in the shop along with us(two other parties), and one of the kids dropped some topping on the floor. When he went to tell the girls, one of them acted put out and disgusted that she had to go clean up the mess. Later, when we were checking out, we got the other girl who acted equally burdened to be there. Both girls had terrible attitudes, and that is a shame. Maybe they(or Yogurt Mountain) could take a page out of Menchie’s playbook… they seem to know a little bit about customer service. Great yogurt, though. Great yogurt.

Pretty good, its a little pricey though, I know its the average price for frozen yogurt but 6 bucks for a cup of icy milk? Not quite. Definitely not a place to go often if you’re on a tight budget like me, but it’s still really good every once and a while, if you’re looking for a delicious treat! The toppings are really where you should load up, beautiful strawberries and huge blackberries make it really worth your while. P. S. just be careful how much you get, you pay by the ounce and its easy to end up with a lot, try and keep it at around 6 – 7 ounces.

They should consider firing a few employees. We went on a Wednesday night after dinner with a little over 30 min until closing time and they had already moved most of the machines away from the wall. We had very limited options, which is ok(I was once a server and understand wanting to leave). But the employees were clearly agitated that we decided to do business with them since they had already started cleaning up for the night. The only male employee there that night decided to cock a lot of attitude about it. He sat at one of the tables while we were and decided to pout and play on his phone the entire time after he tried to get into a stare off with my husband. One of the other employees ran in back when she saw us pull in the parking lot. Keep in mind, it may be hard to see outside in the dark, but the customers from the outside can still see you really well inside the lit restaurant(and hiding behind your mops doesn’t help). We were taken care of by one lovely employee who seemed to realize that she was at her place of work. She remained professional and polite. I love yogurt mountain. They have a great options. I do think the hiring manager needs to be a little more selective of the work crew. Bad attitudes is bad for business. So is closing before closing time.

With a rotating line up of yogurts a kaleidoscope of toppings including fruit on the cold bar and several different sauces you can create your custom dessert fantasy. Pay by the ounce so get as much or as little as you like. The counter help has sample cups but the rest is self serve. This is a fun place to sit and people watch while enjoying your own frozen yogurt treat.
