I have been going to Kathy at About Faces (along with my mom, 3 sisters and friends) for over 10 years. Kathy is the best at what she does. I trust no one but her with my eyebrows… Two years ago I moved to NH, but when I can I will drive to North Andover to get a wax (again, I don’t trust anyone else with them, so I will pluck until I can see her). 5 stars for About Faces!

The new location is lovely! Sue and Kathy now work out of Serenity Massage. The space is gorgeous, soothing, earthy and sophisticated at the same time. They just keep getting better and better and their prices never go up.
The parking is a little confusing the first time to you go because there are all these signs for dedicated spaces. Just park further out from the building. Walking 100 feet won’t kill you!

I agree, this place is the best. My daughter, who lives in NYC now, still comes home just to get a facial from Susan.
Their new address is actually 43 High Street, its a whole complex mill area and their new phone number is 978−258−0151.
