Ordered my first bow from this company. Prices are great, but the most important thing was the fantastic customer service. The only people you deal with are owners of this small business. Gary took the time to go over every question I had with my new bow purchase and suggest the proper arrow to start with. I said I wanted a bow square and knock pliers. Rather then just adding it to my order he advised me that its not really needed to get started and I could save a few dollars and add that later on. Same thing with the tab. I said I wanted the 20 dollar tab but he pointed me to the 5 dollar tab. I like that sort of honesty and looking out for the customer rather then just trying to milk every last penny possible from me. They are a small shop with a small inventory but if they have what I need I will be buying it here. I guess I should also mention I’m in CA and the shipping was free when you buy a bow.
