My pricey Chanel sunglasses had scratched lenses. I googled optical shops and saw that Andover Optical had great reviews. I called and spoke with Jennifer. She said they could be replaced. $ 85 to replace lenses with polarized lenses. The Chanels are saved! The best news is that it would take only 3 days. I picked up the sunglasses today. John waited on me. He had me try on the sunglasses to make sure that they fit ok on my face. They did. I saw a bin of sunglass cases. John said they were free. I found a soft-sided one, much better than the bulky case Chanel provides. A perfect, easy experience at Andover Optical!

Small, personal and caring! What a great experience! John was so helpful and patient with me while I chose my frames for both my sunglasses and distance glasses. He is truly caring and wants you to be happy. That’s it. That’s all anyone really wants when choosing a product, someone who truly cares; and John does. As does Stan! When I went to pick up my glasses, (a day earlier than expected) Stan was just so patient; adjusting and making sure they were perfect. No rushing, no pushing me out the door. Just a positive attitude, happy faces and simple customer service. Will not only be back, but will send my family and everyone I know! Thanks Andover Optical… I have received great compliments!

Don’t get your glasses at a big chain store; Andover’s local shop is so much better! Original owner, John, and business partner, Stan, are incredibly knowledgeable when I comes to finding the perfect frame to compliment your features. Everyone at Andover Optical operates with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism. And their customer service is second to none, always happy to tighten an arm or replace a nose pieces at no cost. Need glasses? Andover Optical is the place to go.
