The selection of products is pretty good, especially considering it’s a small store, but the customer service is awful. On two seperate occasions I’ve asked for a product that the salesperson told me they could order for me. I called after a few weeks of not hearing from them and again the salesperson told me they would order it for me. I never heard back and never got the product. This happened with two different products on two different occasions. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

when they are open they are friendly and helpful. Sometimes they close 15 minutes early and don’t leave a note on the door to say «sorry, we had an emergency» or anything.
