I worked with Dave, he was so great! He is the expert, best service I’ve had. He was able to fix my damaged frame (broken glass) right there for me and was even nice enough to tell me what he was doing as he was doing it, I always like watching people fix things! Thank you again Dave!

We stopped in today looking for some ready-​made frames for two prints we bought at an antique show. We found a frame that was about the right size and seemed reasonably priced at $ 25 each. The prints came with exiting mats which was an inch too big for the frame. I asked the clerk if he would cut them to fit. He said that it was their policy not to cut mats they didn’t supply.
This seems to be to be a non-​customer friendly policy. I understand that this store wants to make as much money off me as they can but they are missing the point about customer service and value. I refused to buy the frames, which is a lost sale, and I’ll never return. I will take my business to a store that offers customer service not on maximizing the cost of the sale.
I’m going back to Frames Unlimited in Andover where I’ve always had great service.

Great place to get framing done. First time I was there and I was totally clueless on how to start my project. A salesperson name Faith came over and started talking to me and listen to what I wanted, low and behold she put together an unbelievable frame with some great color. I was blown away by the knowledge and her suggestion. I would recommend Big Picture to everyone. You will not be disappointed by the service or quality of work ! I am already starting on my second project to be frame. A little pricey but well worth it. The quality can’t be beat. Thank you Faith :)
