It had been quite awhile since I’d been to this restaurant. Now I remember why. I ordered a basic margarita which was obviously a mix and void of much, if any alcohol. My dining companion wasn’t impressed with her beverage either. After some time we ordered from the menu. What I was served appeared to be either pre-frozen as the entire center was icy — topped with cheese & a tepid sauce. The sides were lukewarm. I did send it back, explaining that I wanted my meal to be hot. My meal was returned to me again lukewarm… My dining companion was served the wrong meal. More time was spent sending our meals back, only to have them return inedible… It got to the point where we just gave up & asked for the bill. Pricy for a meal we did not enjoy. We paid and just left… Now I need to remember not to return .

We have high standards for Mexican food after living in Southern California with a taqueria on every corner. I have only tried the carnita tacos and my husband had the grilled fish tacos. The carnita tacos are awesome! A little bit of fresh guacamole on top– delicious. The taco was in a delicious soft corn tortilla. They taste fresh and delightful! My husband said his fish tacos were also really delicious. We didn’t try the rice or beans so I don’t know how authentic those are but the Carnita tacos are a must! Love how great it is. Our friends have all mentioned to us that for whatever reason the andover location is much better than North Andover. Easy for me since it’s right down the street!

Cheap eats, fast service, vibrant décor. The margaritas are strong and don’t have too much unnecessary spot mix. Tacos were pretty standard but they don’t have crunchy shells which I found a bit disappointing. Ive never had to wait for a seat and the service was satisfactory.

Was here on Saturday the 9th on a date. Usually I go to the one in Billerica. Never even knew the place was here. Food is always amazing. So are the drinks. If you get anything other than the margaritas here, you are missing out. My date and I split a «Nachos Supreme» appetizer which we couldn’t even finish. Pro tip: get the queso dip. The salsa is ok but the cheese dip really makes it worth the trip. Really like the ambiance. I think it’s cool that it covers two floors. Giving it 4 stars because the parking isn’t great(I parked two blocks away behind the restaurant.)

The good news is that the food was pretty good and the waitstaff was attentive. However, the front of house staff(a tall young host in particular) were very uncaring and left me less than impressed. The host never said a word to us, the entire way to our table. As we left, they didn’t even look at us, let alone offer a «good night». The owner/manager seemed like a nice enough guy, so hopefully he’ll straighten them out eventually.

I live in Andover so this place is easy to find. The last time I ate here, probably a year ago, the food was very good. A dear friend just gave us a gift cert so my wife and I had dinner at Casa a few weeks ago. I have to say WOW! I was pleasantly surprised with the improvement in service, portion sizes, and the quality of the food! Everything from the salsas to the fish tacos was excellent. We will be frequenting Casa much more often: o)

My first time at this restaurant it was busy and thought it would be a good experience. They brought my food out WRONGTHREE times. The owner was the one that brought out the wrong order the third time when I asked what he was going to do he took my food away took my friends drink away and was so rude I was astonished. The guacamole was very good but not worth the experience and I am leaving very hungry.

Mediocre at best. So disappointed that I wasted my time and my money. Ordered the Tacos al Pastor. I should have known there would be a problem when they gave me a choice of meat. Huh? Authentic Tacos al Pastor are made from thinly sliced pork butt marinaded and cooked on a spit with pineapple. The juice from the pineapple melds with the marinated pork and becomes a sweet, unctuous, tasty delight. Instead I got 3 shredded pork tacos. Very bland except for the abundance of raw onion on top. No sign of any pineapple until my waiter brought me three half slices half way through my lunch. Really? $ 12.50 for three small, very uninspired tacos with no beans and no rice to go with it. Ended up spending $ 16.00 for a Coke and 3 tacos without the tip. Atmosphere is nice and service was okay but I will not return.

When I lived in Andover this was a main haunt for my girlfriend and me. Very good margaritas, tasty queso dip and a bunch of good Mexican dishes. Friendly staff. One younger bartender is a little creepy; but the older guy who works the bar is one of the best bartenders I’ve experienced and he could get three of these stars on his own.

Went for lunch today and would definitely not go back. First, the positives: the chips were warm and the guacamole was yummy. That’s it. So, we were sat and forgot about for at least 5 min to start. No drink orders placed. Keep in mind there was literally only two other tables. Eventually our waitress sauntered over. She was very pleasant it seemed. We asked for a mild salsa and whatever it was that came out was nice a runny tomato soup. So gross. Yuck. Anyway, after that she asked what we wanted to order and we said guacamole for the chips. She asked if we wanted guac al fresco. It wasn’t listed on the menu so we asked what it was compared to just a regular order of guac. She couldn’t explain and was annoyed we were asking. Eventually we just said fine we would order it and it was actually not bad. My friend ordered the fajita salad and said the lettuce was gross although it looked nice. There was no dressing or anything so it was dry. She said the only good part was the chicken. I ordered the casa Blanca burrito. It had a weird flavor and was just not appetizing. Not impressed. Our waitress rarely checked on us, I had an empty water glass for a while multiple times. She never came to give us the check and I literally had to get up and hand her my credit card. Absolutely awful service. Terrible. Just go to chipotle. At least the food will be fresh and staff will be nice.

This family-run small chain of restaurants(currently 4) is spoiling me over other Mexican restaurants in the Northeast. Everything here either impresses me or surprises me in good ways. That starts with their salsa. I love a good tomato-based salsa; you don’t get that here, but the more I consumed theirs the more I wanted, especially with their delicious(but oily) chips. The drinks come out fast; the Margariatas are delicious and fun. There’s a nice variety to the menu above and beyond the expected burritos, fajitas, and enchiladas. There’s also a lot of fresh cilantro in everything, something else I love. Our dinners came out almost as fast as our drinks. I don’t get here often enough!

While this Casa Blanca location is a bit tucked away and easy to miss in Andover Center, in my few visits I’ve found this restaurant to be an underrated, should-be standout in town. The menu offers plenty of options and each time I have ordered food, I have been thoroughly satisfied with the results! I must particularly recommend the chimichangas which are off-the-charts delicious! Portion sizes are on the larger end of the spectrum, so you won’t be leaving hungry and the prices are very agreeable, especially for Andover. Additionally, the drinks I have ordered have been excellent; my personal favorite being the Raspberry Jalapeño Margarita which is both unique and expertly blended! Last, but not least, everyone I have interacted with in the restaurant, whether it be servers, bartenders, or hostesses, have been very friendly and timely in responding the needs of my dining guests and I. If you’re looking for Mexican food in the Andover area, options may be limited, but this one location is all you need! Give it a try, just don’t miss it as you drive down Main Street! (it’s on the 2nd floor, above the Starbucks)

Really like Casa Blanca. Good food, great atmosphere and great staff and ownership. Value is also very good. The quality and amount of food for the price is impressive. I love the combo plates and the street tacos and of course the margaritas are awesome! Be sure to bring a friend or family there for their birthday and let the staff know. They will put on a show!

Loved the food and service. We ordered chicken salad and chicken fajita both were really good. Was driving so ordered margarita without alcohol… Nothing can replace mango… I love mango. It was really nice. My son dropped water, they sent some one to clean the floor and helped my son with napkins. Will be regular customer from now and recommend if you like good food and service in nicely maintained clean restaurant.

Came here with a group of friends and was so impressed. The service was outstanding, I cannot remember our servers name but he was great. He catered to our group of 6 the entire time we were there, Paying extra attention and really making us feel welcome. The manager was there as well and he welcomed us in as soon as we walked in. The food was so good, I had the mini Chimichangas with black beans on the side, so flavorful and good. The beans had raw minced purple onions and Queso Fresco. We will be back. You are guys are awesome!

Very good Mexican restaurant in Andover. They have multiple locations, we have only been to location in Andover. Service is very friendly, clean place, wait time on weekend nights is reasonable. Plenty of street parking on Main st and Park st(Cross Street). They have good drink choices. I normally get draft beer, if not their Mojito is the best. I have tried chicken Taco, enchilada, and Chimichangas there all very good.

This is my go to spot for Mexican food. The staff is always very helpful, and they are very attentive. The food is excellent, and we always leave satisfied. My favorite plate is the Carne Asada, and the Macho Burrito. As I type this I am literally salivating. The chips are usually great, and the guacamole is awesome. Try them for dinner, you won’t be disappointed.
