Made a carry out order on my way over and was told 20 – 25 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later expecting a bit of a wait. I paid and took a seat. I waited a total of 40 minutes and then asked about the status of my order. Only then did they find out that no one had even started my order. Without an apology they asked me if I would still like them to make the pizza or if I just wanted my money back. They ended up refunding my payment and making the pizza for free however no one offered an apology for wasting over an hour of my time. The pizza is good but this was a rough experience.
**update** I did receive an apology at about the 70 minute mark while still waiting.
