Ever since this place changed hands, the customer service is deplorable. I sometimes have to wait 8 minutes(as I just did) for them to get to my phone call. Sometimes they don’t pick up at all. The place from an administrative perspective is abominable. Thank god they have outstanding therapists, or I’d never step foot in their again. They treat people like crap.

I have been getting massages at Elements for a decade. I’ve always had good massages, but today I tried Angelina, Level 3, after a friend recommended her. She was the best massage therapist I have ever had. It was incredible. She understood and relieved my intense muscle pain perfectly. She was also super attentive, kind, and checked in with me a few times about the pressure. I usually am very critical about massages because its such an expensive luxury, yet a medical necessity for my back pain. I HIGHLY recommend Angelina at Elements Andover. It was 120% worth it.

My first visit to an Elements. I was impressed with the warm atmosphere and professionalism of the staff. I had a level 3 therapist which meant she did deep tissue massage with deep pressure. She checked in with me often. It was very intense on a scale of 1 – 10 I would say 7−8−9−10−11. I felt really great afterward. The therapist addressed exactly what I asked for. I might try a level 2 next time tho… lol I would recommend this business I was pleasantly surprised after reading all these negative reviews. All I can suggest is keep going back and try out the different therapists until you find one thats perfect for you. They all have gone to different schools so each have their own techniques and pressure.

Elements Andover is a business that just does not understand the term customer service. They know how to take your money and make appointments, but they give no thought to cancel, change or alter appointment without the least bit hesitation with no respect for their client’s time. If you value your time you will go elseware.

Horrible experiences both times. I went once and had a generic massage and therapist seemes really inexperienced. The second time the massage therapist told me I should see a doctor because I could have a blod clot due to some swelling on my leg. i told her I was a a runner and had been sore and she insisted I see a doctor in the midde of my massage. The experience was ruined from that point forward. Then I went to the doctor and the doctor told me it was«nothing» The therapist said my leg was hot to the touch-but she was using hot stones so of course it was! I was terrified and drove 20 miles to my doctor in tears and missed a day of pay at work to find out it was nothing. THey refused to give me my money back adn suggested I used the extra massage pass I had for friends and family. I told them I would NEVER suggest anyone go there. I finaly got refunded the money for the extra massage, but was still told I had to pay for the massage that was terrible. The lady I spoke with was so rude and seemed upset that I called to complain and that I was asking for my money back! Unprofessional, generic and inexperienced. SAVEYOURMONEY and go somewhere else!

I’ve been going to Elements Andover since they opened. I have a membership, which is free, and go monthly. The desk is super accommodating and professional. My usual therapist is Lauren who is top notch. I’ve had 20 years of massages and she is by far the best. Its an amazing value and the studio is zen and immaculate!

Save your money you will not get a good massage nor will you be treated professionally. The massage therapist actually said«you need to relax!» Well, that’s what I came for… it was beyond bad.

VERY pushy about selling their membership and upgrades. That being said I have had some wonderful massages. You just need to deal with the hard sell.

I like this location a lot since it is local and easy to get to. It is quaint, so yes small, but it’s no different than other elements. The space is inviting, relaxing and welcoming. The staff are always helpful, passionate about their work and put you at ease. My husband and I have been members at this location since about 2008. I’ve seen a number of masseuses, of all levels, just to get an idea of who I’d like and who I would run from.(none to run from so.) Got to my fifth person, Lauren, and was definitely setup with someone that was right for me. She is really attentive, knows what she is doing and you can see she is passionate about her job. I have never been unsatisfied with the staff, their scheduling or any massages.

I visited Elements Andover because of location. I liked the location although you can’t miss the subtle smell of Thai food from the restaurant next door. I was greeted pleasantly and after finishing the proper paperwork escorted to a small room in the back. The room itself was nice nothing too special. The massage was done by a girl who had just finished massage school. She did a very average massage not at all what I expected or paid for. I didn’t feel I got what I expected as a therapeutic massage. When I called the staff informed me that all complaints were handled by the management who was also the owner. I never heard back from anyone even after I called 3 times. Never going back.

Elements Therapeutic Massage in Andover MA is fantastic. Just walk into the studio and you relax. The setting, including the soft music, pulls you away from your daily grind. In the past month, I’ve had four massages there. I’m had tightness in my lower left back area and the Level 4 therapist that was assigned to me really worked hard on that area. Feeling much better because of it. As a side note, I also had a massage recently at a high end hotel spa. Great massage there too but at more than double the price of what I pay at elements! Elements has 4 levels of massage therapists. Level 1 being a light massage and Level 4 being very deep. Obviously Levels 2&3 would fall somewhere in between. The therapists at elements ask about any problem areas that you need worked and really listen to what you need. Sometimes it is tough to get an appointment, but it’s clearly due to the popularity of elements. The monthly members have it made there as they can book out a few months in advance if they like. And they get a greeat discount for being members. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a relaxing escape from the daily grind, visit elements therapeutic massage of andover!!!

OK, so I used to go to the Elements in N. Andover. I never had to make an appointment. Problem was that every time I went there I got someone just out of massage school. The massage was always nice(who doesn’t like a massage right?) problem now is they closed. The last time I went they told me they were merging with their larger location in Andover. More space, more therapists all together better. All of their adds & out side of all of their locations there is always in big letters«walk ins welcome». I never know when I will have the time or the urge for a massage so this works for me but, when I went to the Andover location(which looks smaller than the old N. Andover location I was told it would be several hours before I could get my massage.(this is not the first time) Sorry but by then I either won’t want one or I’ll be busy. Not cheap either.
