Grecoe Jewelers is a great example of the benefits of doing business with a local family owned place. My daughter brought her watch in to have a battery replaced. Something went wrong during this procedure and the watch was damaged. The owner took immediate and full responsibility and worked with us to fully compensate for the loss. Would be great if the damage hadn’t happened in the first place, of course, but things do happen, and these folks made it right. I’d go back anytime.
