Ordered the typical Valentine’s Day dozen of roses for the wife. They said they would be delivered before 2pm. It’s 6:30PM and still no flowers. Guess who’s not getting love’n this v-​day! This guy. Thanks for the cockblock Kokee.
Update: NEVER got the roses delivered. Man, that’s just mean.

Nice flowers, not so nice lady at register. Where’s the customer service? I went in very happy to buy flowers only to have my parade rained on. Bought flowers but will not be returning.

Simply elegant! Ellen and her team created the most stunning centerpieces for my husbands 50th birthday party at Palmers this past weekend. We walked in the room and they took my breath away! Simply stunning. We brought other decorations for the tables and decided we didn’t need them. The room was so elegant with just flowers! Just breathtaking! Every guest commented on how beautiful they were (and wanted to know who created them). Big thank you to the talented team at Kokee! If you want stunning flowers, you need to call Kokee!

Simply amazing florist. Whether a simple surprise bouquet from my hubby or a last minute birthday arrangement, this florist always comes through with stunning works that are within a budget. Extremely professional & knowledgeable staff with a huge dose of friendliness & helpfulness thrown in. Highly recommend them. Flowers are fresh, stunning, & colorful.

Ordered flowers for Phillips Academy student at noon on Friday. She was not notified of the deliver until 8 minutes before they closed the mailroom for the weekend and did not receive them for three and a half days. Complained to Kokee and was told it was not their problem, it was a mailroom issue. Waste of fifty bucks. No satisfaction or attempt to make the situation right. Terrible customer service.

I called Kokee Flowers in MA, from CA, for some specific flowers for our new grand baby. Speaking with Ellen, she could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. I was after a certain color combination and particular blooms. She got it right away, and after a few fun minutes of Ellen describing in detail the blooms that she had that would give me what I wanted, the bouquet was created and delivered within two hours.

I walked in off the street for some flowers needed next day for tables at a suprise 60th birthday party for my parents.
They were done ontime, at a good price and were BEAUTIFUL and ARTISTIC!
I’d use them again if I was in the area!
