McDonald’s

So when I got there the entire crew was just hanging out behind the counter. Wasn’t that busy, so. ok I guess… I placed my order with probably THE MOST apathetic dejected person on the entire planet, and then I got my food. My meal consisted of cold fries, a flat Dr Pepper, a quarter pounder on a stale bun with cheese melted half on the burger and half in the box, and an Oreo mcflurry that they either forgot to (or I’m guessing really didn’t care to) mix which resulted in a lovely puff of Oreos spilling all over me and my car when I tried to remove the spoon.
Im really not a picky food person and never Unilocal or anything like this… I know people aren’t thrilled at work or have bad days or whatever and that’s fine, and maybe if it was just the fries or just the soda that sucked I really wouldn’t have cared, but seriously??? This was by far the most depressing McDonald’s experience in my entire life, it really just made me sad and beyond disappointed that’s what I paid $ 10.57 for.

I work right down the street and come in for the salads. They are great. The owner won’t put any money into repairs. The décor is golf. Boring. One chairs been broken for months. The big problem is the staff. They are rude, loud, noisy and make for àn unpleasant experience. I’m not asking for library quiet but this is beyond reason. I won’t be back.

I’ve never written a review for McDonalds because I didn’t want anyone to know I cheat and go there now and again. My pet peeve has to do with how the employees slap together the sandwiches. How hard is it to get everything centered between the bun? I can’t tell you how many fillet o fish I’ve gotten where the fish, cheese, and tartar sauce are falling out in all directions. What a mess. This is the first time ever that my fillet was built by a reincarnated pyramid builder. Great job there Walid! My second biggest pet peeve has to do with the order takers. How many times do I have to repeat my order because their English is poorer than mine? My compliments to the lovely high schooler with the pleasant demeanor and genuine smile. She’ll go far in some professional capacity I’m sure.

The average McDonalds. I was unsure if I wanted to go to this McDonalds because of the bad reviews, but the food was fine. The other reviews are from years ago and this McDonalds now seems satisfactory.

Ordered the mighty wings and a large fries. Fries were cold. Not warm. Cold. Mighty wings were ok. Don’t know that I’d ever get them again, but at least they weren’t cold.
Unfortunately I think the mcdonalds curse of wanting to serve people immediately has full handle of this place. Rather than handing people fresh food, they just give you stuff that’s clearly been sitting out just so they can hand it to you seconds after your order. Or, they simply don’t care. Maybe even a mixture of both.

This McDonald’s stinks. I get iced coffee here almost every morning. And they rarely get it right. I love McDonalds and I love McDonald’s breakfast the most. If this wasn’t so convenient for me, I would go elsewhere… but this one really needs some help.

you can tell by the other reviews that you should not expect much from this location. Food is not fresh. Customer service does not seem too concerned with things like the toy being appropriate for a boy or girl etc.

Here’ something you don’t see everyday, especially while in the drive thru.
The lady in front of us had purchased an apple pie and was upset that she was being charged thirty cents more then posted on the sign. The young man at the window would not honor the posted price when it was brought to his attention. While this woman held the line up and refused to move, the manager came out to verify that the sign reflected a sale price that was expired and asked the crew member to refund the difference. This dingbat now refused to do so at her request and argued with the manager through the window.
Eventually common sense prevailed, the employee shut his mouth, refunded the customer got her thirty cents and the drive thru line moved.
Customer service at it’s best.

I thought honestly if you worked at Mickey D’s you c were just out of luck I did not know you just plainly sucked at everything else!!!
The men that work there are so nice and playful… the girls on the other hand are just plain stupid! No customer service skills what so ever and they were on the phone whilst at the drive thorugh window so bad Iwould think MD’S in lawrence ma was worse due to all the immagrants working there but they are not !!

McDonalds aren’t that great to start with, but this is bad by McDonalds standards. The employees are rude and would rather gossip then serve their customers. There was a long period of time where there was a large wire hanging low over the counter… not too attractive. The soda machines are not self serve, so no refills-​and when you ask for no ice you’ll get it anyways, they don’t listen.
Overall, its McDonalds, you can’t expect too much.

Why it’s called «McDonald’s of Andover» is a bit beyond me, but who cares.

Now, I usually don’t review places that people don’t look up for reviews, like gas stations and fast food restaurants, but I go to this probably about once a week or so.
First, the staff seems to change every time, sometimes it’s a Ukrainian crew and I come back the next week and it’s changed. It’s kind of strange but who cares.
I don’t really care for it here because the people are in a way rude. I’ve gone plenty of times and just got stared at, the people behind the counter just imagining that he knew that that I could order. The simple words of «Can I take your order?» seem non-​existent when you order inside.
They are quick, and that is probably one of the only two redeeming factors, the other being it is near my house.

No self serve coke which means no refills. Too many tables for 2 and not nearly enough for bigger groups. They need to rip this dump down and start over.
