While moving to NC from NY, my power cord went missing. While the elliptical still works without power, the computer part does not. So I called them to purchase another. They sent one to me no problem no hassle free of charge.
I love my q35. It is great for all levels of fitness. Because I get shin splints I cannot run so the low impact on the bones with their fluid movements is perfect. And it does heart rate and everything if you have the reader on you. It is not on the handle. It is the best machine I have ever used and was top of the tops when I bought it a few years ago.
They seriously could not have been more helpful. Maybe next they can send me a trainer??? ;o)
