Always my go-to rental shop! My boyfriend was recently in a wedding and I directed him to Russo in Andover immediately. He was greeted warmly and suited up perfectly. The woman assisting him, Jo Ann, was awesome! Very helpful, kind, and gave him everything he needed correctly and on time. We will be returning for the upcoming winter weddings!

Expensive! Sign says open at 11 and they show up at 1130. Go to drop off clothes and the lights are on but they will be back in 10 minutes! Place is a joke! Wouldn’t use them again ever!

WARNING! Stay FARFAR away from this place! I got married on Saturday, August 9, 2014 and was referred to this place by another local business who I trust for all my menswear. When I first walked in in early May, I had to wait about 5 minutes before even being addressed. No problem, they were busy, it was prom season, i get it. My brother, my Best Man, and I needed to get fitted for a tux and once we got fitted, measured, etc we shrugged it off and felt pretty good. On the Thursday before my wedding we(me, my best man and the bride to be’s two brothers) picked up our tuxes and we made sure to try them on– good thing! The Bride to be’s brother’s pants did not fit right. The guy working there said the pants were fine even though they looked like baggy sweat pants. After being firm that the pants were too baggy he eventually fixed them. The same went for a jacket– seems like the guy just didn’t want to work. After being pressed, he fixed them. Fast forward to the actual wedding — the Best Man’s suspenders fell apart while we were getting dressed(thankfully another Groomsman had an extra pair so crisis averted). During the reception though his pants completely split down the back side(luckily at the end). When I returned the tuxes to the store I told the guy and he laughed and his words were«that sucks.» I also told him about the Chelsea store and how another Groomsman picked up(and tried on in store) his tux only to have the jacket sleeve be about 4 to 5 inches too short. He told the guy working there and his response was«sorry, we have a lot of weddings this weekend. Nothing I can do.» All and all do yourself a favor and DONOT come here. If you do, just be prepared for crappy customer service and not to be compensated(with even as much as an «I’m sorry») when things go wrong.

I recently rented tuxedos from Russo Tux in Andover and I just wanted to write a review to say that I recommend them over any other rental shop around. Do not go to Mens Warehouse! The staff there could care less and it will show when you’re walking around looking like a doofus in a tux that fits like OJ’s glove. The guy who works the shop(and handles the limo rentals) at Russo Tux has been doing it for years and he’s friendly and knows the product he rents. If he suggests something, take my advice and listen to him because he knows what he is doing and he knows how the tux should and will fit your body type. Everything went smoothly, the tux fit right the first time and everyone in my wedding party received the correct tux but most importantly… everyone looked great. Thank you Russo Tux!
