Scotts Lawn Service

Well I had Scotts Lawn service come and maintain my already established lawn last summer.
It started off well but in the summer they put to much fertilizer and not only burnt my lawn but killed a lot of my plants. They killed all the Hostess which is very difficult to do. Then of course all the crabgrass started to grow and took over the whole lawn. They then wanted to come out and use an Aerator on the lawn and reseed. At a $ 300 charge. We asked them to call us when coming out so we could keep our outdoor cat in. Only after I complained did they called once to warn us. They did call a couple of times and try arrange to fix the problems but they were going to charge me at a discounted price. So you destroy my lawn and now you want me to pay to fix it. Never again will I use this service

Initially I gave them a bad review, but they have proven me wrong. They do their job. My only complaint is that I would like a phone call to let me know when they plan to drop by so that I can get the yard clean of leaves.
