Unique Dining Experiences

I have had the pleasure of working with Unique on two occasions, and they were amazing both times! They catered my wedding in the summer of 2014 — it was a very casual reception in a park, and all I wanted was burgers and hotdogs but didn’t want to have to put my family and friends to work on the grills. Unique was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for, and they took excellent care of us! Most recently I had them cater a work event I hosted — the food was much fancier than my casual cookout wedding reception, but it was still just as affordable! I opted for the drop-​off menu for the work function, which was perfect — the food stayed warm and it was all ready to go by the time everyone got there, and we could just throw away all the stuff at the end! The staff is a joy to work with, and they were all incredibly helpful with every aspect of the events, from tables to timing to menu items. When I work with Unique, I know that I am not sacrificing good service, good food or good prices — this place actually does have it all. :) I can’t wait for the next time I can work with them, and I highly recommend Unique Dining Experiences for any event — from a high class wedding reception to a cookout in the park, these guys will do a great job!

ITS ALL ABOUT THE FOOD !!!
Wow, here at Courtyards of Andover for a Wedding, and what a pleasant surprise. If you like your prime rib rareish, with oodles of herbs rubbed on the outside, and custom carved, this is the bomb. Melt in your mouth tender, yum yum yum.
Perfectly roasted red potatoes, not seasoned a lot, which was a good thing. Just precisely roasted. Accompanied by vegetables cut in bite sized pieces cooked with fresh THYME !!! OMG, vegetables that actually tasted good. No kidding.
Then, whole chicken breasts in a creamy sauce, maybe a veloute, so moist and tender I thought it couldn’t possibly be chicken. But it was. Of course I overate, that happens when the food is superb. However, doing the Cuban Shuffle probably helped shake it down :-)
The staff was quick and on top of everything. The bartender could have used an attitude adjustment, she would have made more off of me had she of smiled and not been snarky.
All in all, the only things I can critique are:
the lemonade? and Ice tea? could have been labeled
the chicken breasts were too big and should have been cut in half before preparing
Yeah, minor stuff. And by the way, even the COFFEE was outstanding for banquet coffee.
