I don’t know what it is about this location but it brings out the worst in people! The employees are rude and dismissive of any question or issue that arises. I have time and time again experienced a problem at the register and watched as a manager just walks past me and does nothing to help until you practically drag them over to assist. I had a specific issue during black Friday and I not only called the customer service line to report it and ask for a call back from someone but I also emailed in the same complaint and got NO RESPONSE whatsoever! Not even a general acknowledgement of my messages. This location could care less if the customers are happy or satisfied. They largely ignore any complaint and are consistently rude. I try to avoid it at all costs. Their is a reason why they are always hiring! Shame on you management and corporate for always ignoring complaints and not striving to do any better!

This Walmart is worlds ahead of the Round Lake Walmart. It’s worth the extra drive to go to this one. I frequent Target more than I do Walmart but I do go here for certain things that Target doesn’t have. This Walmart has fresh produce which is a plus and a great location. The staff and people here are much better than other Walmarts in the area. I am usually greeted here by a friendly greeter when I walk in the door, the store is kept cleaner then other Walmarts and the selection of items is excellent. The store itself is pretty basic, with a warehouse type feel more than a store but prices are cheap, it’s kept clean and staff is much better here than others.
