Everything looks and tastes old. Judged my experience on a few visits. Sometimes they don’t even listen to what you want as far as an order and give you something else which could be frustrating. No i’m not talking about them accidentally putting olives instead of peppers, i mean i asked for a chicken breast on wheat and she put ham and insisted i take it.

There are some things that are pretty simple about running any sort of business. One of the more obvious things is attempting to be open at the time you post on your front door. The posted time is 0600, and it is currently 0633 and they just opened their doors. After approaching the counter, the manager, who was texting, told me to wait 10 minutes because he wasn’t ready yet. As one of the only places supposed to be opened early on JBA, it would help if they actually would open

Had a chicken bacon Ranch today from this location. I’ve been throwing up all day since. Workers served bad chicken. F this place.

I’m only giving this place 1 star because I HAVE too.
I’m so tired of this place not being open when they are suppose to be.
A) went in one weekday morning and they were still closed at almost 0700, when 0600 is opening time. We could see the dude inside just kinda piddling around. So we pounded on the door till he opened.
B) went in a few months ago on a week night at about 1740 – 1800 and they had already closed… with a closing tome of 2000 The guys in dominos said they just closed up randomly and left.
C) went in just a few moments ago. They were suppose to be open till 2000. Walked in at 1945 and everything was already put up and closed up.
I get that if business is slow towards the end of the night to put SOME stuff up to make close up easier. But if you’re suppose to be open… BE OPEN! A lot of people especially cops can’t get there at normal times. And as long as they are suppose to be open, they should be able to count on them as a place to get food.
On top of all of this, the service is just mediocre at best…

Not a bad subway if you go before 1030 but the lunch wait is killer. Even then it is still slow people who work there are nice but have no clue if you order something slightly irregular.

Quick serves from opening to close. Of course the M-​F lunch hour is delayed, but could be worse. Place is always clean and product fresh.
