Burger King

Unfortunately this Burger King has a high turnover of staff, none of which are competent! Not sure if it’s because they do not receive proper training or if it’s plain stupidity.
Just once I would appreciate the clerk or server getting my order right. Would recommend all future customers checking their food before driving off!

Not for the burgers. They were standard faire. For the rude female clerk. Actually she may have been an assistant manager as she kept sitting down while everyone else worked. Unless you are dying for a whopper avoid having a black spot on your day from the staff here.

5 stars says «woohoo! as good as it gets!» well, how good can a burger king get? lol. When I went here for lunch about a week ago, there was no line, and my food came out pretty quick. The lady at the drive thru window was nice. Basic fast food. Im just glad it was actually fast and they did not mess up my order. The quality of my order was really good. None of the tomatos or lettuce were old or soggy. will be back. much better and cheaper than McDonalds. AND a big plus for me is their chicken products are 100% better than the chicken barn across the street.

Terrible service, had to wait over 20 minutes after ordering, and then they got it wrong. Had to wait over 15 minutes to have them correct it, and when asking to speak with a manager, I had to stand at the counter for another 20 minutes before she would come speak with me.

I usually don’t write about fast food joints, but we stopped here after our hike in Half Dome heading back to our timeshare. Maybe because it was 10pm and they were about to close, but our cashier (who may have been tired) was so snarky to my husband. He had asked for a straw that she forgot to give to us and she completely dogged my husband out and almost dropped his straw upon handing it to him.
Anyway, that didn’t leave a good taste with us and we were ready to overlook it, but when we got back to our room, our fries were over salted and our whoppers were just nasty. Usually food tastes good after a hard workout or when you’re really hungry, but dang, it was disappointingly luke-​warm food.

I’ll start by saying Burger King used to be my favorite fast food, but I have not been to one in a while. My family was on our way to a vacation home and stopped for a quick bite to eat. Yes, it is fast food… Yes, the employees are not paid great, but we received some of the worst service we have ever had at any service business.
I could go into multiple details of the young woman speaking rudely to us from behind the counter, but I don’t want to make this review too long. Lets just say, if my children spoke to adults the way she spoke to us, they would be sitting in time-​out. I don’t expect to be treated like «the customer is always right» though it would be nice, but I do expect to be spoken to nicely.
In addition the food was sub-​par as compared to McDonalds (which with young kids we do frequent more often). They also only offer apples with their kids meal instead of fries or a toy, and what kid wants apples instead? I would like to see a smaller serving of fries and apples with a kids meal.
Lastly, my chicken sandwich (which I used to order all the time) was just ok. When I asked for a side of pickles because I only got two (I did ask for extra pickles when I ordered as well), I was told, «you know, we are supposed to change for those.» I said, «you charge for pickles? I only received two?» I was told rudely, «That’s how many you get.»
«Your way right away… I don’t think so!!! More like, «there way, when they feel like it». Next time we’re in town and need a quick meal, we will get Taco Bell!

Five stars, because it’s a Burger King and they are doing a ⁵⁄₅ job at being a Burger King. Nothing more, nothing less. The drive-​thru is a little awkward if you have a large car that sits low to the ground.

Before I start, let me just say that my expectations for fast food restaurants are not all that high. That said, they consistently mess up the order (about 7 out of 10 times) and often have middle aged employees who look like they were just paroled. Other Burger Kings in other towns seem fine, there is just something seriously wrong with how the Angels Camp location is managed. I am so thankful for the NEW fast food establishment down the road!

That’s the guy in line behind me. And he’s right. I mention one of them could at least hop behind the counter and work one of the registers. There’s 20 people in line and only one cashier.
One thing I did notice was the poster that lays out all the nutritional information on BK foodstuffs. Did you know that a Whopper Jr. without mayo is only 290 calories?
Some might even call that healthy.

Come on! Burger King??? Don’t degrade the ratings by including crappy and/​or chain restaurants unless that’s the only place in town you could possibly eat. Which in this case, it’s not.
Get a friggin’ grip!

We stopped here on our very interesting journey to Arnold for a friend’s party. I gave it a two because they didn’t hand my friend his drink cup, didn’t have our drinks ready for us with the food (we had to remind them) and they didn’t have any ketchup packets .(They were giving them out in glasses which was kinda gross)
The food was basic BK but they did my friends fries without salt which was nice.
However I would say that this place was not great for a BK.

Why four stars for a Burger King? Because this is THE place for anyone headed to or from Bear Valley or Yosemite. Service here is slow, the lines are long, food is…well.. .Burger King. They get four stars because they have RESTROOMS.
