Went on a Saturday. Had on-and-off pains in my lower back right side(kidney area) Waited for 3 hours to see a doctor(I saw him for 2 minutes). Verdict Shingles! «Do you have a rash»? «No!» Am I am feeble minded and don’t know if I have a rash/blisters?. «Take off your shirt». No rash, no blisters, no discoloration of my skin. «Yes, you have Shingles»! Prescription for Shingles(which I didn’t fill), Home Care instructions how to take care of rash and oozing blisters(which I don’t have) and a list of powders, lotions and explanation of Oral Benadryl(which I don’t need). When I told the nurse I don’t need the write-up or prescription because I don’t have Shingles she also insisted that I «must have blisters/rash». «No, I don’t. The Doctor is wrong». «Well, you can always get a second opinion». ONWHAT? That I don’t have oozing blisters? But Shingles was NOT the only thing I was diagnosed with. On the Visit Diagnoses(on my take-home papers) apparently I also had«right-side chest pain» and«Epigastric pain». Chest pain and heartburn? I have absolutely no idea where this came from! Maybe that’s whats wrong with MEDICARE. They pay for this garbage.

I’ve been here twice. Once for stitches and once with my husband for a very serious illness. Both times the care was very good and the doctors and nurses were genuinely compassionate. No one in my family has ever had a good experience at the other local clinic, so having such a positive experience was a wonderful surprise.

My daughter was seen here a few days ago! The staff was great! I was in and out of there within 45 minutes. Nurse Lisa is awesome!!! The NP that we saw was nice and listened to what I had to say. The lady at the front was super sweet too! I wish I could remember her name! I just wish that the location was in a better spot for when you turn in or out! Have a great day!

I came here a few weeks ago for obviously, problems. Couldn’t get into my regular doctor and well… I wound up here. Wait times are decent. I have been in some urgent care where I was in the waiting room for 45minutes or more. The place is clean. Again I have been in some where you don’t even want to sit down or touch the walls. Doctors and staff are friendly. I had 3 kids with me alone so putting up with me and understanding 3 cranky kids and still being friendly and helpful is a big thing for me. I have no help so unless my kids can be with me, it’s not going to happen. I think the total time I was there was about 1.5−2 hours. I had to wait around for 30 minutes because before I left I had to have a shot of a antibiotic and needed to stay to make sure I wouldn’t have an allergic reaction to it(understandable). Would I go here again. Yes. This place is nice compared to some others I have been in. If I go back and my experience and other things change so will me review but until then…4 stars.

I usually do business with Angels Camp Medical Clinic. For some reason it was closed at 4:00pm, so I go here instead. It takes a while to get seen. Only one Dr, I guess. The staff seem friendly. they did last time I came in with for my husband. I came in to get an emergency contraceptive prescription so it wouldn’t cost me $ 50. While waiting with my son in the room, I over hear a staff member saying«its her choice…» So I dismissed it. Whatever. Could have been talking about anything… I finally got my prescription and left. I immediately went to CVS, they didn’t have it. In fact, he asks, «what is this for?» So I said it. At this point who cares. Even with an elderly lady nearby. I drove to Rite Aid and they didn’t have it either. By that time it was 3 minutes til 6pm — pharmacy closes soon. They can get it in by tomorrow afternoon(and they probably wont even call me, as usual). So I call the Prompt care back and the nurse talks with me and give me the number for Sonora Regional, since they may have it. I ask if they can just get me a different brand or anything. She says no. I can tell by her tone of voice that she is disapproving of «my choice». She didn’t even stop to ask the Doctor. At this point its already a day late… I will not go back here unless I have to. I cant believe that people in the medical field actually think the pill causes abortion. How sad and misinformed. I should have just gone to get regular birth control pills and took a high dose!
