Their new Cantina line is superb. The staff at the Angels Camp location in always on it. Service is great, the store is always clean, supplies are always stocked, the restrooms are always clean. I can’t find a fault with it. One of the best TBs I’ve been to.

I absolutely LOVE taco bell. I don’t eat fast food very often but when i do it’s taco bell! I went to the opening of their breakfast menu on March 27 at 7 am with a buddy, and we got the waffle taco both with sausage and the bacon AM crunchwrap, they messed up our order (like usual) but that benefited us and we got an extra sausage AM crunchwrap at no extra charge. They would have gotten 5 stars, but they have an issue with getting drive thru orders correct. Just about everytime it is wrong. All in all for this visit the food was really good.

Five stars, because it’s a Taco Bell and they are doing a 5⁄5 job at being a Taco Bell. Nothing more, nothing less.
The staff is nice. The food is consistent. What more do you want?
Not sure what the first reviewers problem was. I’ve been here a dozen times and never had any issues with the staff. But then again, she also complained about having to see white people in trucks… so who knows what’s going on over there, lol. Mexicans don’t like snow, so they don’t live up here; I used to live in the valley and have discussed this topic with the local people, this is a fact. And trucks are preferred for their 4 wheel drive, carrying capacity, and high clearance since the occasional road conditions up here would make flatlanders turn and run to mommy. So yeah, you will see white people in trucks, lol. Jeeze.

You are in Angels Camp and you don’t want to be. You want to eat something that reminds you of home. Taco Bell to the rescue.
Enjoy the people. They will say hello to you when you say hello to them. And they will say, «You’re not from around here are you?» And you will be like a smalltime celebrity in the Taco Bell.
Watch out for weirdos and enjoy the interesting scenery of weird white people and pickup trucks as you look out the window. be glad you are inside Tace Bell… because it’s hot outside.
