So mad. Just drove 3 hours round trip for the angleton pool and it’s closed. Called yesterday to confirm the times, and I was told the pool closes at 9pm. Got here at 650 and it closes at 7. The manager didn’t seem to care. #whatyagonnado #movingon
The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because it’s a pretty amazing pool and really affordable. Just get here before 7.

I’ve been using the Rec Center for a few months and I’ve come to enjoy it a lot. The pool area is really nice and I’m sure it is amazing for kids, I just use it for laps. The basketball courts are nice and there are quite a few of them. 4 stars for the pool and courts.
One complaint: The gym/​weights area is WAY to crowded! They should have made it twice it’s size! They have enough people who use it right now, I feel like it would not be that difficult for them to justify expanding it right now. Machines are way too close. 2 stars for the gym.
So instead of using the weights, try out one of their classes. They just started offering TRX, and it is GREAT! 100% try it out. 5 stars for the TRX class.
