I have had New Wave for over 6 months now. At first I would unplug the modem when I was at work or not using it. Then I was told just to keep it plugged in. I’m a former Verizon customer and hadn’t been used to unlimited data. There has been a couple times I had trouble connecting but if I unplug the modem for a moment it solves the issue. I could probably live with a lesser plan but I hate buffering. All in all New Wave provides a good unlimited connection at an affordable price.

Sucks big time! I pay $ 75 a month for what? Half of the time im using my LTE and when its time to ise the WIFi its slow. Called them thousand times all they do is restart it. Really disappointed. Would not recommend
