What a horrible shopping experience… never have I felt so ignored as a customer. Inadequate staffing… and during a sale? Waited for 20 mins and not one associate approached us to see if we needed help. Found an employee from a different department who promised to page someone to the department I needed… waited another 15 mins and no help. Apparently Menard’s doesn’t need the money brought in by customers… imagine that
