The ice cream: AWESOME!
The help tonight: below stellar. As someone who has worked in the service industry for over 6 years I’m so annoyed by workers that ROLL their eyes at a simple request for trying a flavor of ice cream prior to purchase.
I guess I’ll just give Coldstone and Dairy Queen my money where I know my patronage is actually greeted with kindness instead of teenage attitudes.

Unlimited toppings? YEAH RIGHT! They advertise right on the menu, «unlimited toppings as much as we can fit in» but depending on who is working that day, you may or may not get hassled on even a REASONABLE topping request. Here is the thing, the toppings they use are so crushed up they are almost a powder and the little scooping ladle they use is barely a tablespoon size. I order a regular size cup of ice cream and ask for 3 scoops of pecans and 3 scoops Heath and this young blonde refuses and says «with a regular we can only do about 3 scoops total». I’m like, «Really? You should be able to fit 6 tablespoons of powdered toppings in there!». I couldn’t believe it. Here is a photo of my ice cream with what she «allowed» me to get. There was room for my request. What a joke. And They factor that cost right into the ice cream you pay too. So It’s not like it’s free and their doing U a favor. The ladies also never smile and one time I watched along with another customer while two employees played on their phones in the back for 10 minutes before realizing the door bell went off and a new customer came! I wasn’t going to even review that episode but this topping issue really put me over the edge!

I had an excellent mash up of salted caramel ice cream, red velvet ice cream, crushed oreos, snickers, pecans, sprinkles, graham cracker, and other stuff all for just above 5 bucks. This is a perfect, creamy dessert and the fact that they don’t nickle-​and-​dime you for toppings is a sign of great honor. The service was fine when I went. Being an ice cream store clerk is way tougher than one expects, as serving families with loud, mercurial kids can lead to unpredictable situations. Is the service bad or is your child just insane (or is the child belonging to the family in front of you insane, causing a domino effect and breakdown in efficiency of service)? Think about it.

I went here a year ago and it was fantastic, with great service and ice cream.
However my recent trip to Marble Slab Creamery was ridiculous! When we got there we were the second group in line so I expected to wait about 10 minutes, but we finally walked out the door 25 minutes later!
Constantly repeating our simple order to the young girls, having them WEIGH THE ICE CREAM individually for each person (I ordered a shake and the poor girl making it had to come back to the counter 4 times for more ice cream in order for it to weigh the right amount!), an extremely rude and pushy manager guy talking down to the girls working, and to me (I wanted to add extra toppings into my shake and when I simply asked him about it he bit my head off and said «Extra toppings doesn’t come with that (shake) program!» If my son hadn’t already took a couple licks from his ice cream cone we would have walked out!
This manager/​owner was so extremely rude and condescending, I felt so bad for the girls working with him, he kept yelling at them to wipe off the slab as soon as they were done mixing the toppings in, and just had a horrible attitude. By the time we finally left the line of customers were almost out the door, if they ended up staying to get ice cream there is no way they would have got out of there in less than 30 minutes.
We will never go to Marble Slab Creamery again-​and I encourage my family, friends, and anyone reading this not to go there!

Just got home after a night out eating a big dinner and decided to stop here to get our ice cream fix. First time here and can say I was surprised at the creamery in every aspect. I had always driven by it and did not know this place had so much to offer.
Their ice cream selection is nice and quality great! They can also do shakes which is a nice twist on things. They mimic Coldstone stores by mixing their ice cream on a cold slab. They also have a ton of «ingredients/​toppings* that you can have them add to mix into your ice cream. This is done at no extra charge which is awesome!
Their shop is clean and modern, their staff very friendly with no issues. The price was average for an ice cream place providing this type of product. Will definitely come back often! I am only disappointed in myself for not coming here sooner!

Good taste and wide variety of ice cream. It is expensive especially for a family. I tried using Groupons that I had purchased and the management was not very friendly to me and rude.
