I had an issue with a $ 100 sweater that I had dry-cleaned, and it looks like the string had pulled during the cleaning process. Virgil, the owner, had tried to have it repaired it but it didnt look like it fixed it. When it came back, I told him that it wasn’t repaired, and he kept on insisting that it was a manufacturing defect. I told him that the thread had pulled that it left the front of my sweater crunched, and he kept on insisting that it was not his fault and he wouldn’t do anything for me any more. He said that I had to take it back to the store where I had purchased it. Then he said repeatedly, «Good Bye, Good Bye, Good bye.» He raised his voice to me over the phone with 3 of his employees in front of me(and they could hear him over the phone) — and they were all SHOCKED at how rude he sounded on the phone. They kept on apologizing on the way their owner treated me — and they all agreed that this wasn’t a manufacturing defect. He was incredibly rude and very unprofessional and I am definitely not going back.

I took my wedding gown in more than a month ago and I still do not have it back. The lady that took my dress initially did not get my signature to clean it since it had bead work. She also did not put my number correctly in the system(pretty sure I know my own number…) when I went in two weeks later to pick it up the idiot that was at the counter told me she couldn’t find me in the system anywhere. To which I replied«so basically you lost my wedding dress» already in tears. She merely shrugged her shoulders. As I am frantically searching through my wallet for my receipt I finally give it to her and she laughs and«oh I spelled your name wrong!» She looked in the system and said it was still being worked on and would be ready next week. I left the store and came back when she said. This time I talked to. More competent employee who explained the situation. They didn’t have my correct number so therefore couldn’t begin cleaning the dress. I was FURIOUS when she told me that the«employee» at my previous stop there could t have seen that red flag on my account but she chose not to. I am halfway tempted to take my dress And veil back to get it cleaned somewhere else. Absolutely HORRIBLE employees at this place. Don’t waste your time or money. I will never ever return.
